News Update 10th August

It’s on you to stay safe.

It is times like this that we are reminded of the need for Self Protection training of all kinds. In the current climate it is more important than ever to be able maintain your personal safety.

Only a few days ago the thought of a “Home Invasion” was laughable.. yet NOW It’s a serious possibility. Can you say that you have the skills to protect yourself, your loved ones, your family and friends?

If you were the focus of an attack how far would you be prepared to go? If you saw another in need of physical assistance would you step in? Are you prepared to stand for the behaviour and actions that last night swam across your television and poured from your radio?

Here we teach the real means of self defence but we cannot teach you from your home. It is on you to make sure that you feel safe and confident. Now, more than ever, it is paramount to take every class available to you, attend our self defence courses and think about what steps you can take to improve your ability to protect those and the things that you care about.

We can teach you the tools, you have to learn them.
