Training focus
The focus this week is curriculum and testing. If possible can students aim to test early in the week as quite often everyone leaves it until Thursday and Friday which makes life very hectic. Weapons for Friday is Jo with Bokken training on Saturday.
Friday outdoor self-defence
Some great feedback on that class thank you all that attended, we will certainly run that location again.
Mothers day lesson
Special Mothers day class is scheduled for Friday 1st April. A great opportunity to get on the mat with your child. The lesson will take place on the normal Little Dragon and Junior class. Then on Monday 4th Sensei Jo (now nidan) will run a mums only class at 6.30. Contact Jo on reception for more details.
Beginners course
Our beginners course starts this Thursday at 6.30 and will run for 3 weeks each Thursday. Cost is £15.00 and a Gi will be provided. Call reception on 0115 9856504 to book.
Parachute Jump
Dont forget the freefall parachute jump is scheduled for Sat 9th April.
